FieldHub is an all-in-one ERP platform built for security, alarm, and fire protection companies. We’re a growing team of six looking to add our first dedicated implementation specialist to help customers transition from legacy systems to FieldHub.
The Role
You’ll lead customer onboarding for FieldHub’s accounting and field service management platform. This means guiding discovery sessions, configuring systems to match customer workflows, migrating data from platforms like QuickBooks and NetSuite, and training users on the new system. You’ll typically manage 4-8 implementation projects concurrently.
While FieldHub covers the full spectrum of field service operations — inventory, dispatch, scheduling, service agreements — this role skews toward the accounting side. You’ll need strong command of inventory tracking, recurring revenue, and revenue recognition to guide customers through configuration decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of FieldHub for new customers
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer workflows and configure the system accordingly
- Migrate data from QuickBooks, NetSuite, and industry-specific legacy systems
- Train customers on accounting, inventory, and operational features
- Ensure data integrity throughout migrations
- Document implementation processes and contribute to customer education resources
Qualifications
- 5+ years in accounting or accounting software implementation
- 2+ years in software implementation, customer success, or project management
- Strong understanding of accounting principles: inventory tracking, recurring revenue, cost and revenue recognition
- Experience with ERP or accounting platforms (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
- Exposure to field service, construction, or trade industries preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
A four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent professional experience is welcome. CPA is a plus.
