The Role

You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our technical teams, helping clients get the most out of FieldHub’s platform. This means configuring system modules to match customer workflows, investigating and resolving complex issues, and ensuring data integrity throughout the customer lifecycle. You’ll work across finance, billing, inventory, and warehouse modules — translating business requirements into effective system configurations.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working with intricate business logic, and collaborating across teams.

  • Validate and normalize client data before system import
  • Analyze customer requirements and translate them into appropriate configuration changes
  • Investigate client issues related to data, workflows, accounting logic, and document processing
  • Collaborate with Development, QA, and DevOps teams to identify root causes and implement solutions
  • Help customers understand system behavior and follow configuration best practices
  • Maintain and update internal documentation and knowledge base articles

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in customer support, CRM/ERP support, or data-related roles
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems, preferably in finance, accounting, billing, or inventory modules
  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with complex logic, dependencies, and cross-module interactions
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Docs
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher

Basic SQL knowledge is a plus but not required — we’re happy to help you learn.

  • 401(k) with matching
  • Life insurance
  • Flexible schedule
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Fully remote work environment
