Our goal is to ensure successful implementations and satisfied long-term customers. To start a fruitful relationship, we first need to confirm that FieldHub is the ideal solution for your business. We achieve this through a sandbox pilot, where FieldHub provides you with a dedicated environment and test data.
During the pilot, we will meet with you to offer basic training on FieldHub, as well as grant you access to documentation, training videos, and our learning management system. Your FieldHub project manager will hold weekly meetings to answer questions and deliver follow-up training, allowing you to make the most of your pilot experience.
Upon completing this process, you should be able to confidently decide whether to proceed with FieldHub. Should you have any concerns, we can address them before you make a commitment.
The process typically lasts one month, and to maximize its value, we recommend that each of your core team member allocates 6 to 12 hours throughout this period. Although the timeframe can be extended at an additional cost, we encourage you to gather the necessary information and make a decision at the conclusion of the 30-day window. The 30 days start when you receive access and initial training on FieldHub, at which point you will also have access to the full web application and mobile application for your field operations team.
This pilot program is a valuable opportunity to involve more team members, ensuring they are on board and committed to the project.
The FieldHub Sandbox Pilot enables users to test and evaluate new features and capabilities without affecting their production environment. This safe and secure setting allows users to explore FieldHub’s latest offerings and provide feedback to our development team, helping shape and improve the product for all users.
The cost of the Sandbox Pilot is $495 for the 30-day period. If you do not move forward with the implementation there is no further obligation. If you do move forward, the $495 is credited towards your implementation costs.
