FieldHub supports revenue recognition at the time of invoicing or deferred manual project close out, as well as expense recognition at the time of material installation, invoicing, or deferred as work in progress (WIP) until manual project close out.

Standard Labor Costs

Team members track their time using the FieldHub mobile app for Android or iOS. Upon approval, time entries are automatically reflected in job costing based on each team member's configured standard cost. Payroll expenses can also be attributed to projects to accurately reflect specific labor costs.

Installed material is recorded against work in progress (WIP) at the time of installation, ensuring expenses are only incurred when material is installed, following Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and American Institute of Architects (AIA) standards for reporting.
