Standard Legacy Migration

• Process: Migration is scripted from a backup database file into FieldHub’s database.
• Includes:
  • One test data migration
  • One final scheduled data migration before the cut-over date

Enhanced Legacy Migration

• Process: Follows the same approach as Standard Migration but includes additional record types.
• Includes:
  • Up to three test data migrations (instead of one)
  • One final scheduled data migration before the cut-over date
• Additional Data Types Included:
  • All data types from Standard Migration, plus:
    • Systems
    • Jobs
    • Service Tickets
    • Notes for Jobs/Systems/Tickets

Optional Add-On:

• Document Attachments migration can be included for an additional cost (if provided by the legacy vendor).
