What is the FieldHub Sandbox Pilot, and how does it work?

Our goal is to ensure successful implementations and satisfied long-term customers. To start a fruitful relationship, we first need to confirm that FieldHub is the ideal solution for your business. We achieve this through a sandbox pilot, where FieldHub provides you with a dedicated environment and test data.

During the pilot, we will meet with you to offer basic training on FieldHub, as well as grant you access to documentation, training videos, and our learning management system. Your FieldHub project manager will hold weekly meetings to answer questions and deliver follow-up training, allowing you to make the most of your pilot experience.

What is the difference between FieldHub's Standard and Enterprise plans?

Both plans run the same fully-managed FieldHub cloud ERP. Hosting, nightly encrypted backups, warm disaster recovery, and real-time data sync across hosting zones are included either way, and both plans deliver the complete platform — CRM, field service, inventory, and full general-ledger accounting. The difference between the two comes down to scale, infrastructure, and support.

Standard is built for lean teams. It covers the full FieldHub platform with generous limits on accounts, storage, RMR billing volume, and email sending.

Why do you charge a fee for the sandbox pilot?

We understand that charging a fee for a sandbox pilot may seem unusual. However, we have found that this approach helps ensure an effective and substantive pilot process for evaluating FieldHub, which is a complex system that touches every corner of an organization.

Based on our experience, simply providing a login and some videos with support from a sales person is not enough for a meaningful pilot. Before we charged a pilot fee, many companies would request sandboxes but then not log in to them or show up for scheduled meetings.

Is there an automated way to adjust parts costs?

We have a spreadsheet format where you can provide updated pricing and our support team will batch update the pricing. We are also working with Blackleaf Solutions to integrate their solution (https://blackleafsolutions.com/) which will batch update pricing for their supported distributors and vendors.
