Both plans run the same fully-managed FieldHub cloud ERP. Hosting, nightly encrypted backups, warm disaster recovery, and real-time data sync across hosting zones are included either way, and both plans deliver the complete platform — CRM, field service, inventory, and full general-ledger accounting. The difference between the two comes down to scale, infrastructure, and support.
Standard is built for lean teams. It covers the full FieldHub platform with generous limits on accounts, storage, RMR billing volume, and email sending.
FieldHub does not have an integration with QuickBooks® and there are no plans for this sort of integration. FieldHub fully replaces QuickBooks® for all GL accounting, payables, financial reports, etc.
A general ledger accounting system is at the foundation of FieldHub. All functions that impact the company, customer, or project finances generate the appropriate journal entries.
This approach allows us to provide a comprehensive view (e.g., a customer’s total RMR, lifetime revenue, AR, proposal pipeline, etc.) in a single system. Additionally, FieldHub provides functionality that is not native to QuickBooks, including:
Yes, FieldHub includes robust banking support integrated directly into its accounting module. You can manage multiple bank accounts, configure payment gateways, and perform bank reconciliations. The system allows you to track check and ACH payments, manage deposits, and automate recurring transactions. FieldHub also supports importing and matching bank transactions for streamlined reconciliation. Outgoing payments to vendors, including printed checks, are fully supported with customizable templates. Additionally, FieldHub maintains a full audit trail of all banking activities to ensure compliance and transparency.
You can associate a Work Order with a previous Work Order for related project or warranty work (everything including installs, service, remote data change, and even internal jobs is a Work Order in FieldHub however you may define as many Work Order “Types” as you wish. This information flows down to the General Ledger and other reports in FieldHub.
