FieldHub and WeSuite Complete Integration

FieldHub, a cloud platform with a modern API that streamlines accounting, field service management, RMR, and parts inventory for security integrators and WeSuite, a sales management software for security technology sales and service providers are pleased to announce their integration. 

The integrated software will allow for continuity between FieldHub’s project delivery, accounting, and support-related workflows and WeSuite’s CRM, sales management, and quote-to-booking capabilities. Several of its many benefits include increased quoting and pricing accuracy, fewer errors, elimination of redundant data entry, and streamlined communication between departments. 

Through the integration, salespeople in WeSuite are able to search and select customer, site, and billing addresses, contacts, and parts residing within FieldHub in real-time for lead  generation, estimate creation, proposal and contract delivery and signature.  Winning sales data is then automated to FieldHub for job management and delivery.

As valuable sales data transitions to FieldHub from WeSuite, workflows within its finance, management, and scheduling application will be created. Both solutions will work together to provide real-time, detailed reports that offer actionable insights to key players within the organization.
