FieldHub Next Generation Technician Field Service Application

FieldHub Inc., a leading field service management software company, today announced the release of their next-generation Field Tech mobile app. The new app is fully integrated with FieldHub’s all-in-one cloud-based CRM, accounting, field service, and operations platform, and it delivers significant improvements to optimize technicians’ workflow and jobsite experience.

Some key enhancements in the new FieldHub Tech App include simplified login via QR code scanning, preview of work order scope details prior to check-in, ability to access and view project files directly on the device, and streamlined processes for materials tracking and installation recording. Data syncing has also been optimized for improved performance and scalability while robust offline functionality remains.

Our new Field Tech mobile app elevates the jobsite experience for technicians through a more seamless, intuitive interface," said Miles Fawcett, CEO of FieldHub.

By focusing on simplified access, preview of key details, and streamlined workflows, we’re enabling our customers’ field teams to spend more time completing projects and less time navigating apps and paperwork. This supports our mission to power growth and success for security and fire industry businesses through integrated, optimized technology solutions."

The new FieldHub Tech App is now available for iOS and Android devices. FieldHub will be working directly with customers over the coming weeks to transition them to the enhanced mobile experience. Technicians and operations leaders can look forward to greater visibility, control, and efficiency right in the palm of their hands.

Alexis Serfaty, Director of Geo-Technology at Eurasia Group, moderated what became one of the most engaging and practical security discussions many attendees had ever experienced.

The Sync Problem is (Actually) Worse Than You Think

When Accounting Goes Sideways

Let’s talk about what happens when your field service platform and accounting software decide they’re not on speaking terms anymore. We’ve heard horror stories from the field: double-billing that damages customer relationships, sync failures that require hours of manual data entry, and that sinking feeling when you realize last week’s invoices never made it to your accounting system.
