The move to FieldHub is noteworthy as it represents a major shift from a fragmented software stack to a unified platform. Prior to FieldHub, Wilsons Security relied on multiple disconnected systems for sales, project management, and warehousing. As the company scaled, these systems began to impede efficiency and required increasing resources to manage.
