Allegion Supports Integrators with FieldHub Alliance

DUBLIN (November, 2018) - Allegion, plc (NYSE: ALLE), a leading global security products and solutions provider, has formed a strategic alliance with FieldHub LLC to provide Allegion integrators with a software platform to manage their businesses and growth.

Allegion Vice President of Channel Led Business, Mark Vigren, called the alliance another way that Allegion is supporting their integrators with technologies and practices to manage and grow their businesses.

“As our integrators experience rapid growth, they face day-to-day operational challenges,” said Vigren. “Beyond being a source for leading products and technology that serve as the basis for the solutions our integrators sell, Allegion is able to share best practices and tools to help them manage their businesses efficiently for growth. We have identified FieldHub as a best of breed platform that can benefit our integrator community.”

Through the alliance, Allegion’s integrators have preferred access and pricing for the FieldHub business platform.

FieldHub is a SaaS platform with integrated CRM, field service management, inventory, revenue management, accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, and process management for businesses with field services, project management, inventory, and recurring revenue. It may be deployed as a complete platform or in modular phases and components.

FieldHub offers unique features that make the configuration, selection, installation, and service of Allegion products flow seamlessly for our integrators’ proposals and field management.

“We have designed a solution to streamline the specification of Allegion products in Security Integrators’ proposals, work orders, and workflow.” said Miles Fawcett, President of FieldHub.

This strategic alliance is part of Allegion’s ongoing initiative to support their integrator community.

Cybersecurity Insights from FieldHub Build25: What Security Integrators Need to Know

We’re still buzzing from the incredible conversations at FieldHub Build25 in Baltimore. While we spent most of the conference diving deep into platform updates and industry trends, we wanted to do something a little different this year – and it turned out to be one of the most valuable sessions we’ve ever hosted.

We brought together an absolutely stacked panel of cybersecurity experts (their words, but we completely agree): Michael Sussman, who chairs Fenwick’s privacy and cybersecurity practice and was one of the earliest leaders in the field; Laura Galante, former director of the Cyber Threat Integration Center; and Jon Lenzner, former chief of staff to the FBI director. Alexis Serfaty, Director of Geo-Technology at Eurasia Group, moderated what became one of the most engaging and practical security discussions many attendees had ever experienced.

Why We Built FieldHub as an All-in-One Platform: The Hidden Cost of Software Sync

The Sync Problem is (Actually) Worse Than You Think

When Accounting Goes Sideways

Let’s talk about what happens when your field service platform and accounting software decide they’re not on speaking terms anymore. We’ve heard horror stories from the field: double-billing that damages customer relationships, sync failures that require hours of manual data entry, and that sinking feeling when you realize last week’s invoices never made it to your accounting system.

The Hidden Costs of Outdated Software: How FieldHub is Building the Future of Field Service Solutions

After almost two-decades in the field service industry, first running Urban Alarm and now leading FieldHub, I’ve encountered many of the same frustrations that security and fire alarm installers and integrators face when it comes to the software tools they rely on. The lack of ownership, combined with outdated, piecemeal software solutions, has been a persistent issue. This challenge isn’t just about inefficiency and weak support; it’s about the very foundation on which businesses are built—technology.
