FieldHub, a cloud platform with a modern API that streamlines accounting, field service management, RMR, and parts inventory for security integrators and WeSuite, a sales management software for security technology sales and service providers are pleased to announce their integration.
The integrated software will allow for continuity between FieldHub’s project delivery, accounting, and support-related workflows and WeSuite’s CRM, sales management, and quote-to-booking capabilities. Several of its many benefits include increased quoting and pricing accuracy, fewer errors, elimination of redundant data entry, and streamlined communication between departments.
Through the integration, salespeople in WeSuite are able to search and select customer, site, and billing addresses, contacts, and parts residing within FieldHub in real-time for lead generation, estimate creation, proposal and contract delivery and signature. Winning sales data is then automated to FieldHub for job management and delivery.
As valuable sales data transitions to FieldHub from WeSuite, workflows within its finance, management, and scheduling application will be created. Both solutions will work together to provide real-time, detailed reports that offer actionable insights to key players within the organization.
“We are delighted to offer this WeSuite integration with FieldHub so that customers may benefit from end-to-end workflows made specifically for security integrators. The combined commitment to and knowledge of the security industry is unmatched in the industry,” says Miles Fawcett, FieldHub CEO.
“WeSuite’s integration with a range of business solutions allows security companies to bridge the gap between sales, marketing, accounting, and business operations,” adds Tracy Larson, WeSuite president and co-founder.
The integration between the two solutions provides systems integrators and alarm companies with a robust suite of tools that connect and support the unique complexities of their businesses, allowing for increased customer satisfaction and in turn, greater efficiency and profitability.

We’re still buzzing from the incredible conversations at FieldHub Build25 in Baltimore. While we spent most of the conference diving deep into platform updates and industry trends, we wanted to do something a little different this year – and it turned out to be one of the most valuable sessions we’ve ever hosted.
We brought together an absolutely stacked panel of cybersecurity experts (their words, but we completely agree): Michael Sussman, who chairs Fenwick’s privacy and cybersecurity practice and was one of the earliest leaders in the field; Laura Galante, former director of the Cyber Threat Integration Center; and Jon Lenzner, former chief of staff to the FBI director. Alexis Serfaty, Director of Geo-Technology at Eurasia Group, moderated what became one of the most engaging and practical security discussions many attendees had ever experienced.

Let’s talk about what happens when your field service platform and accounting software decide they’re not on speaking terms anymore. We’ve heard horror stories from the field: double-billing that damages customer relationships, sync failures that require hours of manual data entry, and that sinking feeling when you realize last week’s invoices never made it to your accounting system.

After almost two-decades in the field service industry, first running Urban Alarm and now leading FieldHub, I’ve encountered many of the same frustrations that security and fire alarm installers and integrators face when it comes to the software tools they rely on. The lack of ownership, combined with outdated, piecemeal software solutions, has been a persistent issue. This challenge isn’t just about inefficiency and weak support; it’s about the very foundation on which businesses are built—technology.
