FieldHub, the fastest-growing all-in-one Software as a Service (SaaS) provider for the security integrator market, announces the addition of an Enterprise Tier of service to cater to its larger enterprise customers. The new Enterprise Service Tier is designed to meet the unique needs of companies with 200 to 5,000+ users, while FieldHub’s Standard service tier is optimized for companies with 20 to 200 users.
Miles Fawcett, the company’s Founder and CEO, says, “We built our service on a scalable architecture to support customers of all sizes. We are seeing the demand from enterprise customers and have created this offering to meet their unique needs.”
The Enterprise Service Tier offers significant additional capabilities, including dedicated cloud infrastructure and support for over one million recurring monthly revenue (RMR) invoices per day, a substantial increase from the 10,000 daily RMR invoices available on the standard tier.
Other key features of the Enterprise Service Tier include dedicated project management, standard two-business day support through phone, email, and messenger, as well as 24/7 emergency support with a four-hour response time. This tier also provides custom central station automation software integrations, onsite training, and support to ensure seamless user experience for enterprise customers.
To help potential customers evaluate FieldHub, the company offers a Sandbox Pilot program, which includes a 30-day hands-on evaluation with training and project management from FieldHub’s implementation team. The pilot costs $495 for the 30-day process, which is credited back towards implementation costs, and allows customers to validate if FieldHub is the right fit while ensuring there are no surprises.
FieldHub supports scripted data imports from many of the industry’s most commonly used legacy software systems. This streamlined import process allows for the smooth transfer of account, site, contact, system, recurring billing, and other essential data from legacy software to FieldHub’s robust cloud-based solution.
FieldHub’s Standard tier implementations typically follow a three-month process, while Enterprise implementations may run longer due to additional requirements analysis from integration partners.

The lack of ownership, combined with outdated, piecemeal software solutions, has been a persistent issue. This challenge isn’t just about inefficiency and weak support; it’s about the very foundation on which businesses are built—technology.
